Your information is only used internally to provide the services you have opted into, such as messaging or customer support, and is not shared with any third parties outside of what is strictly necessary for delivering these services. Opt-in data and consent for text messaging will never be shared with any third parties.

We ensure all data is used solely for the purposes of delivering the services you have requested and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

5. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy notice unless otherwise required by law. We keep bookkeeping records as required by the IRS and standard accounting practices.

9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.

Additionally, our standard home improvement contract includes a media and marketing release, which, when signed by our client hiring us to complete work, will expand expressed consent & permissions granted to us by the client, regarding personal information, photos, videos, likeness, interviews, etc.
